There are alot of Bass drum techniques. I would try them out and see
what best works for you. but one that i learned is not to leave the mallet
on the bass drum when you hit it make sure you bring it back (hit bring
back... hit bring back) Why do i say to do this because when you leave
the mallet on the bass. Like when you hit the snare and it bounces
same with the bass. Also try no shoes it works for me with shoes i

Working on your bass drum technique and speed can take time but the
keyis to stick with it and to find what works for you. If your looking for help

Learning the double bass drum will take timming so go slow at frist
then build speed up little by little soon you'll see impovemt. Once you
get it down it will be like nothing you wont even think about it. So here
